Registration
Registration for the 2022 SSCLE conference is now open. Conference packages include accommodation (if selected), meals and tea/coffee breaks, conference entry, a Thursday excursion to sites of medieval interest, and a conference pack. You can add additional B&B accommodation nights if you are bringing a companion who is not a conference attendee, or arriving early/staying late at the conference. If you plan to share a room, please note that the shared room price is per person, and that you will need to include the name of the person you are sharing with. If you would like to pay by bank transfer rather than use a credit card, please register and use code TRANSFERPAY at check out. You will receive all necessary information to make the transfer. Please note that you will only be fully registered as soon as the transfer of the full amount due in pounds has arrived into our accounts.
If you are a student or ECR presenting a paper at the conference, you can apply for a partial bursary by emailing sscleconference@gmail.com with 'Bursary' in the subject line before you register. Be sure to enclose a copy of your student ID or an explanation of your circumstances. Please wait to submit your registration until after you have received a reply with a registration code. Please note that there is a special Student Prize competition for this conference.

Your donation to support students and other low-waged colleagues dedicated to the study of the Crusades and the Latin East would be greatly appreciated. All contributions will be used to provide bursaries for students and ECRs to attend the conference.

Please sign up if you would like to come on the day trip on Thursday, 30 June so we can make sure you will have a place on the bus. The deadline for signing up is 27 May.
The trip is included in the full conference price (booked with or without accommodation) and therefore anyone registered as such is welcome to sign up. If you are not registered for the full conference but would like to join, please register and pay for the Thursday separately.
