The full conference package includes:

Tuesday full day with three sessions, two plenaries, two coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, accommodation
Wednesday full day with three sessions, two plenaries, two coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, accommodation
Thursday breakfast, trip to Herefordshire including transportation, lunch, admission fees, dinner, accommodation
Friday full day with three sessions, one plenary, two coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, conference dinner, accommodation

Double room (shared), ensuite. NB. There is only one bed in the room that needs to be shared.
